Annan To Suu Kyi: Close Camps & Grant Rohingya Rights

The government-appointed Rakhine Advisory Commission chaired by former UN secretary-general Kofi Annan urged Myanmar to close IDP camps and return rights to Rohingya Muslims. Myanmar State Counsellor and de facto Suu Kyi welcomed the report and committed the government to act on most of its proposals.
